Mr. Shvenderman has spent over a decade at the intersection of government contracting and federal healthcare, helping build Akicita Federal into a trusted partner for federal agencies nationwide. His hands-on experience across contract management, medical services, and regulatory compliance gives him a sharp operational understanding that drives results at every level of the organization.
Andrew Young
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mr. Young brings over a decade of experience in healthcare staffing, contract operations, and program management. He has built and scaled Akicita's recruiting infrastructure, contract compliance processes, and operations. As CTO, he oversees Akicita's technology strategy, digital infrastructure, and process automation to support efficient, scalable federal contract delivery.

Ms. Denovchik brings over twenty years of federal healthcare contracting experience, with a proven record of developing pipeline opportunities across IHS, VA, and DoD channels. Her deep familiarity with the Indian Health Service environment directly aligns with Akicita's core mission.
MWOnboarding and Clearance Facilitator
Ms. Walker brings nearly a decade of federal security and personnel compliance experience, having managed credentialing and access control for over 5,400 annual personnel at U.S. European Command. Her rigorous background ensures Akicita's providers are onboarded accurately and efficiently.
JKLead Healthcare Recruiter
Mr. Knudsen brings over seven years of full-cycle federal healthcare recruiting experience, having sourced and placed board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers across VA and IHS facilities nationwide. His deep expertise in federal credentialing compliance makes him a strong asset to Akicita's staffing mission.
